INTRODUCTION

  

This book started when I found the notes I had taken during the Healing Explosions with Charles and Frances Hunter.  During each explosion, they had a time for medical doctors, chiropractors, nurses, nutritionists, etc to explain in everyday language how they would minister healing for different diseases.  I organized all the notes together years ago and gave them to Charles and Frances Hunter.  Other people did the same and they decided to write their book, “Handbook for Healing”.

 

While Terry and I were in Brazil, I wrote the basic commands in the back of a little notebook and had a friend translate them into Portuguese.  We would minister to someone; God would heal them and then we would have that person minister healing to the next person.  We would point to a command.  The person would read it.  We would point to another command; they read and guess what - God healed!  (Now, we did not know Portuguese, so we did not know exactly what was wrong with the person, but God did!” When we got back from Brazil, Charles and Frances Hunter had published “Handbook for Healing”, so we quickly bought some copies and starting giving them away!

 

Since that time, we have learned much more and have learned to incorporate the spiritual healing in with the physical healing.  That is where this book comes in.  I have written exactly what you can command over each disease listed to deal with the physical and the spiritual aspects. 

 

My prayer, is that the body of Christ will rise up and do the works of Jesus.

 TERRY AND TERRI SIPES

Terri Kathryn Sipes married Terry Lee Sipes on May 23, 1973 and they gave their lives to Jesus in April, 1975. They both graduated from and ordained through Tyler Bible College, n/k/a International Bible Institute and Seminary in Plymouth, Florida (1977) and graduated from Kenneth E. Hagin Sr.'s school, Rhema Bible Training Center, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (1981 & 1984). They have served the Lord as missionaries in Guatemala, Belize, Brazil, have ministered in the Caribbean Islands, traveled in the USA as evangelists, and were pastors of a church.

In 1985, they took the training on “How To Heal The Sick” by Charles and Frances Hunter and their lives and ministry were changed forever.  Miracles started happening and the miracles have not stopped!

Today, God has them in East Texas, praying for the sick, seeing the sick recover, and teaching/doing Spiritual Warfare.

They have seen thousands of people accept Jesus as their Savior, but their teaching is mainly to the believers.  As teachers, their greatest joy comes when we see people start operating in the gifts, seeing a believer lay hands on the sick the first time and the sick recover!
